We heart Noosa

We have been going to Noosa QLD since we were kids, sometimes holidaying at my grandparents place in Surfers (as staying there was too pricey), then driving up to the Sunshine Coast  for a few days so dad could check out the surf and we could enjoy the beautiful beachside haven that is Noosa. Years later we chose to be married on Noosa Main beach, and still we continue to spend our holidays here  with our children and extended family. There is no other place like it. Perfect beaches, stunning restaurants, protected beach, beautiful coastal bush walks and Kingston’s favourite bush turkeys. I love getting lost in the daily routine you create on holidays….Of doing nothing! Mornings by the beach, walk down for coffee and pancakes by the water, day sleeps, afternoon swims, followed by sunset cocktails and seafood dinner. Bliss! Each year our holidays are getting easier and with Kingston having just turned 3 I found they were all such great ages to enjoy everything.

I think Hawaii might be on the list in a few years but we are booked in to Noosa again for my cousins wedding next April! Can’t wait !! X b

I love everything about Nununu Worlds kids fashion! The prints, fabric, the matchy tattoos and even the delicious soapy smell when they arrive!

This seasons designs of geometric prints, stars, stripes, slouchy  pants, play suits,  swimmers and towels is truly cool! And so comfy as street or beach wear!

So cool!! Always a favourite!!

Ahoy it’s a boy

Ahoy, it’s a boy! A gorgeous all white (with a touch of navy) baby shower for a glowing and gorgeous mama to be!

The perfect setting on a hot Autumn day was the newly refurbished Regatta in Rose Bay (the old Pier restaurant). Overlooking the Harbour and stand up board riders whilst sipping on a champas was a very civilized start to the weekend! The dress code was all white and we serenaded the mother to be in a private room which we Sugarcoated in soft white flowers, Muslin and delicious scented candles.

We carried the navy and white theme through menus, place cards, invites, anchor cookies and floral displays on each table, and of course the gorgeous all white Lolly display! Milk bottles, white chocolate frogs, raffaelos, marshmallows,  gum balls etc….

We played games of bingo, scratchies, baby ice cubes in glasses and guess the baby bump size….

The ladies sipped champagne, ate scallops, sambos, prawns, lamb sliders etc and finished off with tea, coffee, lemon tarts and the beautiful coconut vanilla naked cake! Perfect!

Wishing mum, dad and baby all the best for a happy and healthy future xx
