Having fun with Hevea Baby

Baby Jasper had a ball playing with some Hevea baby products yesterday!

First of all we love a happy baby! And especially when his baby toys are made of natural rubber and chemical free!!

This new and beautifully made Star ball was just short listed as Best ethically made baby product and best toy design in the Love by Parents Awards.  It’s soft, light and bouncy and easy for babies to grasp and play with.

Great gift for new or expecting mums! Jump over to @beebeesxthree on Instagram to win one! Yay!

Lots of love for Laikonik

A gorgeous display of wood and pastels on my desk! I’m loving everything about Laikonik! Sustainable design, beautifully printed keep sakes and gorgeous garlands! Firstly this pretty Owl ‘once a year’ book is beautifully packaged and requires only one photo a year (for 18 years) with a few memories/milestones to be written on the back of each page. It also comes with a ‘chatter book’ to notate further information of the years events. Love it! I’m sure we can all handle one photo a year!

This clever Sydney based textiles company have also created these beautiful wooden bead garlands to drape or hang in your home as you wish and could also be used to display kids artworks or photos. Simply thread the beads onto the leather cord provided and voila! Mine look sweet above my vases and lamp on my bedside.

Back onto these beautiful keepsakes, I also believe a new mint owl book is nearly finished production, such a great gift for new or expecting mums!

Mini and the moon

“Tell me the story how the sun loved the moon so much, he died every night to let her breathe”

A blog post we did for Little Gatherer that I’m sharing here too x

I have been wanting to make a piñata for the kids room for ages. I stumbled across this Moon from Oh Happy Day and got cracking straight away…a bit of cardboard, tape and crepe paper and you are on your way! Find how to make here .

I moved a few things around Kingston’s side of the room to create a more big boys star and moon space and am really happy with the outcome.

And how adorbs is my mini model!

Here’s a few of the the boys room details:

Long weekend with my wingmen

An amazing dinner out at the new Nomad in Sydney was a great start to the long weekend! I met up with three talented ladies, all who I have met through Instagram and who I now call lovely friends! We shared an amazing mix of food including to die for lamb, wood fired eggplant with pomegranate and tahini, moreton bay bugs + delish fish, haloumi salads etc with a little drinky, Was lovely to catch up and enjoy great food, company and atmosphere!

Beautiful winter weather to wake up to on Sat! First stop Kitchen by Mike with a lovely friend from O/S and to endulge in my fave fruit toast with ricotta, honeycomb and almonds and coffee of course! A quick wonder around the amazing Koskela and off to visit my sis in the Shire.

Sage and I then wondered around the Esplanade whilst Kingston slept and had a yummy fruit salad and coconut at ham and a shop at Charbella…where of course we ended up with another dress.

On Sunday we we made a last minute decision to head to Manly in the afternoon and enjoyed a beautiful walk to Shelley beach and a vanilla malt ice cream from the newly opened and amazingly fitted out boathouse! It was like a summers day, the kids hit the beach and rode scooters around the path. We then were treated to a lovely homemade dinner at my sister Inlaws and the cousins had a catch up.

Another picture perfect morning in Manly on Monday so we wondered back to Shelley beach for coffee, muffins and muesli at the boathouse and again the kids could play on the beach (a much better option than trying to get them to sit and be quiet)! We then drove to Cronulla to visit nanny who had just returned home from Hawaii and bearing gifts for the little ones. Lots of excitement there with Elsa gowns etc! Hope you all had a lovely long weekend too x b
